Thank you for choosing UbeCast app for iOS. Please read this document carefully before using the app.

1. INTRODUCTION

UbeCast is a media casting application that allows users to stream videos and photos from their device to larger screens. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

By using UbeCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

The Application may display or open content from third-party websites (e.g. YouTube, external music platforms) through an embedded web view or external browser.

Such content is not owned, controlled, or provided by the Application.
The Application acts solely as a technical intermediary to redirect users to publicly available third-party content.

We do not host, store, stream, or distribute any third-party media content.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

UbeCast provides the following features:

  • Media casting and streaming capabilities for user-owned or user-controlled photos and videos to compatible external devices

  • Screen mirroring functionality that reflects real-time content displayed on the user’s device

  • Access to web content through a built-in browser (WKWebView), allowing users to browse publicly available third-party websites

  • Optional premium features available through subscription services

3. AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Features:

  • Subscribed users receive unlimited access to premium features including custom UI themes, advanced settings, and ad-free experience
  • Free users can access basic features with some limitations

Subscription Terms:

  • Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

4. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We may collect the following types of information:

Automatically Collected Data:

  • You are subject to Owner’s site Terms of Service and Privacy
  • We do not store or cache of Sites content
  • All Sites interactions are governed by Owner’s sites APIs and policies

Important: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

User Responsibilities:

  • You must comply with Site’s Terms of Service when accessing Site content
  • You cannot download, copy, or redistribute Site content through our app
  • Commercial use restrictions apply as per Site’s policies

8. GENERAL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Third-Party Content:

  • UbeCast serves as a browser/casting container and does not create, host, store, or provide content
  • All content accessed through webview links belongs to respective content owners
  • We have no control over and assume no responsibility for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices
  • Users access content at their own discretion and are subject to respective content providers’ terms

Content Responsibility:

  • We do not moderate or control third-party content
  • Any issues regarding content should be directed to the respective content owners
  • We are not responsible for inappropriate content accessed through third-party sites

9. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

Retention:

  • We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service provision
  • Data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • You can request data deletion by contacting us

Security:

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
  • Data may be stored on servers in Europe and other regions
  • No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure
